Since new Ultrabook™ devices provide an interactive, visually-engaging platform with both touch and keyboard controls, developers have been developing new and innovative apps for Ultrabook systems. A&R has capitalized on the powerful capabilities of Ultrabook systems to create educational game with its "Learning is Fun" collection for children.
One of the games, My First Puzzles: The Alphabet provides children aged 2 to 6 an entertaining way to learn letters, solve puzzles and develop fine motor skills. Featuring the letters of six languages, engaging sounds, colorful graphics and interactive playing, it’s a fun and educational app for young children.
When developing My First Puzzles: The Alphabet for children, A&R Entertainment was able to take advantage of its status as an Intel® Software Partner in the Intel® Developer Zone to access tools, code and support to create a game children love. Plus, the company received inspiration and feedback from the communities within the Intel Developer Zone.
“The resources in the Intel Developer Zone helped us to optimize this app specifically for the unique capabilities of Ultrabook systems,” said Alexandre Minard, developer of My First Puzzles: The Alphabet.
My First Puzzles: The Alphabet takes advantage of the powerful Intel® Core™ processors in Ultrabook devices to create a fluid, visually-rich experience for young children. “Children enjoy being able to use their fingers to solve puzzles with this entertaining and educational game,” said Alexandre.
Due to the extensive development support from Intel and the powerful platforms presented with Ultrabook devices, A&R Entertainment is looking forward to developing new, educational apps for young children. “This powerful platform is a great medium for young children to both learn and be entertained,” Alexandre noted. “We are excited about the opportunities available to develop new educational apps for Ultrabook devices.”
