Earlier this year, Intel and Unity teamed up on an exciting contest that offered game developers the opportunity to build their games with native x86 support for Android* using Unity 5. They received over 300 submissions from across the globe. A wide range of game developers was represented, from small shops to well-known publishers. We saw a lot of variety in the types of games submitted, too. They included action-heavy, first-person-shooter games, contemplative puzzle games, RPG games, racing games, and other more one-of-a-kind games. To learn more about our recent contest and how you can easily add x86 support to your existing build in Unity, check out our recent blog post on the Intel Android* Developer Zone blog. Without further ado, we’d like to introduce some of the winners, who were awarded one of three prizes: a Unity 5 Pro license, an Acer Iconia* Tab 8 with Android, or an Intel® Solid State Drive 730 Series 240-GB drive.

Bis Games Urban Drift City 3D, from Turkey’s Mosil Games, is a fast-paced racing and drift simulator in which you rocket through an urban environment in the car of your choice. Vivid graphics transport you directly into gritty streets while realistic controls let you fine-tune your racing experience as you fly towards your destination.

Cubot, from French developer Nicoplv games, is a seemingly simple but deceptively complex puzzle game in which you must successfully guide a series of multicolored cubes through a grid using a variety of increasingly sophisticated techniques and tools such as elevators, color swapping, and teleportation.

Dolmus Driver, from Turkey’s Gripati Digital Entertainment, transports you into the world of Turkish dolmus taxis. Pick up funny passengers and whisk them to their destinations as quickly as you can without getting stopped by the police. Master three tracks in Istanbul using your choice of four stylish cars and charismatic drivers.

Farming USA is a terrific farming simulator from American game developer Bowen Games, LLC. In this smoothly rendered 3D world, you perform all of the daily tasks that a farmer would need to accomplish in order to build and develop a successful farm: planting, growing and harvesting crops, as well as feeding and raising livestock.

Gear Jack Black Hole, from well-known Italian publisher and developer Crescent Moon Games, offers a unique runner’s quest within a striking visual environment. As the protagonist Jack, you must speedily dodge the Black Hole while avoiding dangerous alien monsters and tricky traps in order to survive and prevail.

MOB: The Prologue, a new title from Korea’s SOGWARE, spirits you away to the world of Soria. In this lushly designed fantasy realm, you must call on the powers of lovely Hunting Girls to defend small Sorian towns from a series of nasty monsters through thrilling battles and epic boss fights. Arm your Hunting Girls with special amulets that come in handy during major showdowns.

Neon Beat, also from Gripati Digital Entertainment in Turkey, is a power-packed breakout game in which you hurtle a neon ball towards the blocks in the center of the screen, racking up bonus items and special time-limited powers. Boss fights await you underneath the pixel art, challenging you with increasing intensity as you clear each of the 60 levels in the game.

Phrase Wheel, from Turkey’s SADEGAMES, is a fun word game somewhat reminiscent of the American TV show Wheel of Fortune, in which you spin a phrase wheel and rack up points by guessing the phrase hidden on the screen. Choose from a range of topics including sports, countries and capitals, literature, music, actors and actresses, and movies.

Shepherd Saga, from Japanese game developer Element Cell Game Limited, is an adorable sheepherding simulator in which you build a ranch in the remote area of Diva Terra. Collect and nurture more than 80 different breeds of sheep, protect them from predators and diseases, and make your ranch prosper by selling more sheep than your competitors.

3D Tanks Online: Tanktastic, from America’s G.H.O.R. Corporation, is a heady descent into the thrill and danger of battlefield combat. Face-off against competitors from all over the world in a 3D multiplayer environment, camouflaging your tank for cover at key moments in the conflict and then availing yourself of more than 95 tank models to demonstrate ultimate dominance on the field.

Voxel Rush: 3D Racer Free is an exhilarating ride from British game publisher Hyperbees. Zoom through streamlined, starkly hued, minimalist 3D landscapes at a breakneck pace while avoiding the many obstacles that suddenly topple into your path. Feeling competitive? Fight and beat your friends in a 60-second multiplayer contest to win credits or virtual cash.
